First, we will meet and greet at Clesi's Restaurant and enjoy a cocktail of your choosing. Once we finish with introductions, we will then move to the restaurant's one of a kind outside cooking pad for a hands-on traditional Oyster grilling experience. there, each guest will participate in cleaning, shucking, and preparing oysters to make the perfect Chargrilled Oyster. After we are finished grilling, you will be seated for dinner. Each guest will receive a half dozen Chargrilled Oysters, Jambalaya, Fried Green Beans while washing it down with a drink of your choice. Once we are done with dinner, each guest will receive traditional NOLA Bread Pudding a la mode. We will wrap up the day with any final questions that you may have!
